Black & White was responsible for the tenant fit-out design of a 100 MW data centre campus located in Dublin. The data centre campus comprises of three standalone data centres building, energy centre, and administration building.

Black & White’s scope included the fit-out for two data centre buildings, DUB12 and DUB13. Each data centre is served by dedicated infrastructure that provides resilience; distribution topology is N+1 concurrently maintainable; and Block Redundant for data halls with N+N distribution for the respective Supercore rooms. Each data centre building caters for total critical power capacity of 30.7 MW, shared over two storeys, with two data halls and one Supercore room per floor. There are a total of four data halls, each at 7.5 MW critical power. For Supercore rooms, critical power capacity allocated is 350 kW per room. Cooling for the data halls is provided via Indirect Adiabatic Cooling Units with cooling provided to the Supercore rooms via CRAC units.
