The project consisted of a data centre campus with its own energy centre supporting the complete power load. Each data centre building caters for a total critical power capacity of 30.7 MW shared over two storeys with two data halls (each at 7.5 MW critical power) and one super core room per floor (critical power capacity allocated is 350 kW per room). Upon the successful delivery of the RIBA Stage 3 deliverable, the project was transferred to an EPC contract, but Black & White was engaged by the tenant for two of the buildings to complete the fit-out design, along with site supervision support.
