This project is a multi-use development near the heart of Shams commercial district, comprising of a 36-storey residential tower with retail and office podium.
Black & White provided full MEP design services and also full design of AV / IT and vertical transport. The AV / IT solution provided facilities within each apartment to accommodate smart home technologies such as AV, blinds, AC, and security controls.
