This project encompassed an MEP and IT systems design and fit-out of three floors of an office development. The Urban Planning Council comprises of cellular office space, meeting rooms, open plan admin space, and conference rooms.
Controls enable the project to save energy through intelligent control solutions and lighting design. Meanwhile, zoning strategies enable the perimeter areas to maximise daylight utilisation through daylight sensors. The integration of time clocks, occupancy sensors, daylight sensors, dimming ability, and appropriate zoning have allowed comprehensive control over the space.
