Middle East Data Centre Phase 2-4

Lead consultancy and MEP design on a single-storey data centre in the Middle East for three sites. Each site has a total IT capacity of 17 MW, split across four phases. The data centre has two halls with a front-of-house building and external equipment yards.

Black & White was responsible for the design review, validation and redesign of the existing Phase 1 and producing a RIBA Stage 3 and 4 base-build design drawings for Phases 2, 3, and 4. As the lead consultant, Black & White was also responsible for the full MEP CSA Design, as well as leading the stakeholder management process involving the client and customer team. After delivering the original scope, the client and end-customer have requested Black & White to undertake the customer fit-out design scope and provide site support services.
