5-star hotel, Jeddah

Black & White was appointed to provide MEP and LEED design services for this 5-star hotel in Jeddah. The project is a mixed-use development consisting of a 5-star hotel of approximately 350 rooms and approximately 50 suites and ‘special’ rooms, four food and beverages facilities including two specialty restaurants, one ‘all-day-dining’ restaurant, one lobby lounge and a pool bar, approximately 5,200 m² of conferencing / meeting and banqueting areas, high-quality serviced apartments totaling 190 units spread across 1-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms units, and a retail mall with approximately 30,000 m² of leasable area.
