Al Khozama Centre

The project encompassed the renovation of the existing Al Khozama Centre into a 4-star plus hotel. The existing Al Khozama Centre is a residential and mixed-use building that presently consists of 39 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, covering an approximate area of 4,459 m². The centre includes two restaurants, a private health and fitness club, office space of approximately 2,722 m², a ballroom suitable for 400 guests, and an auditorium for up to 450 delegates.
