Black & White was appointed to provide MEP and specialist design services for a 5-star hotel project in Middle East, with function center and serviced apartments.
At the heart of the overall master plan, the hotel will be the landmark of the site, both architecturally and programmatically. Besides the hotel and function center, it comprises a 100 m tower with serviced apartments. Its location, next to the key pedestrian entrances of a shopping centre, faces a square that will be the civic focus of the whole development and its most prestigious address.
