Black & White was born with the founding team members’ conviction to be a true people business that focuses on its team members, which then ensures we are an employer of choice. We have grown from a staff of four people in an office to a team of over 500 people in 14 cities around the world. We are proud that majority of our founding team members remain with us today, while many others have also celebrated ten or more years as part of our team.
Our continued business growth covering workforce, clients, and commercial sets Black & White aside as one of the highest performing independent MEP engineering businesses globally. We have always had the ability to quickly adapt to any change and provide consistent expert knowledge because of the global nature of our one global team approach.
