West End Gate

The development comprises of an approved scheme of 672 residential apartments with 24-hour concierge and business lounge, a 25 m pool, spa, gym, cinema room, entrance lobbies and receptions, private gardens, and commercial classes A1, A2, A3, A4, and B1. Servicing and parking for 286 vehicles is arranged over two basement levels.

The buildings are arranged as 1 Tower (post-tension construction) Ground +29 and a series of lower-rise mansion buildings, designated Mansion B-H ranging between Ground +9 and Ground +18, with B1 and B2 levels below the suspended podium.
