Servicing and parking for 286 vehicles is arranged over two basement levels.
The buildings are arranged as 1 Tower (post-tension construction) Ground +29 and a series of lower-rise mansion buildings, designated Mansion B-H ranging between Ground +9 and Ground +18, with B1 and B2 levels below the suspended podium.
Black & White was appointed to undertake a peer review of the MEP systems and provide value engineering opportunities.
