Black & White performed a peer review of the Vida Residences located in downtown Dubai, next to the iconic Dubai Mall. The development comprises of two towers and a podium; Tower 1 houses the Vida Hotel and serviced apartments, while Tower 2 is for Vida-branded residential units. Both towers accommodate 195 hotel keys, 380 serviced apartments, and 240 branded residential units.
