The project is a super tall skyscraper in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It comprises of two towers positioned on a common podium; Tower B is the taller development at 85 storeys, and is the second tallest building in India, rising to a height of 372 m; Tower A is a 53-storey development and rises to a height of 239 m. Tower A will be a hotel with serviced apartments, while Tower B will be a private residential.
The podium will accommodate various amenities such as restaurants, a health club, and a ballroom. The plot will be developed with associated landscaped areas.
