Regent Centre Redevelopment

The development involves the conversion of four existing office blocks into residential apartments. The renovation provides 257 apartments in total, comprising a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and duplex apartments. The new apartments are provided across the 8 floors and basement level.

The existing buildings were stripped back to their concrete structure and refurbished with a new external facade, glazing system, and a new internal fit-out. Black & White has been appointed to provide technical design for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services for the scheme.
