Black & White worked with a local partner to complete due diligence report and test-fit. Black & White’s role included researching, identifying, and quantifying critical issues that may influence purchase and sale agreement negotiations, lease negotiations, and/or future development of sites identified. The results of the due diligence efforts are used in purchase and sale negotiations, lease negotiations, and to inform about the design, construction, commissioning, operation and decommissioning of buildings, electrical substations, back-up generators, fuel storage, water storage, water treatment, and all associated site works.
