One Horizon Centre

One Horizon Center is destined to become the leading centre for business in the heart of the city of Gurgaon. Black & White undertook concept, schematic, detailed design and review. The mixed-use development will feature office towers, retail amenities, and public plazas.

The development was designed for Seismic Zone-V, with international standard vertical transportation systems and dedicated elevator banks for high-rise, low-rise, retail, garage, and service usage. Each floor has a central air handling unit and 100% power back-up.
