Milan Data Centre

Lead design and MEP consultant on a 48 MW data centre in Milan. This project was delivered from initial due diligence / test fit phase through to IFC, with site supervision support. The project consists of two 24 MW buildings, delivered in 6 MW phases, being fed by a new 100 MVA HV supply. Extensive use of OFCI, modular construction, and precast structural concrete are driving down the design and construction periods to ensure customer RFS dates. The design was optimised to allow varying end-customer specifications to be accommodated within a cold structural shell, giving maximum flexibility to the building.
