Linklaters relocated their UAE headquarters to a 1,208 m² site in the newly opened Currency House, part of the prestigious Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) district.
The office fit-out consists of a mix of cellular, open plan office space, meeting rooms, utility rooms, and a reception. The brief was for a high specification office utilising low-energy design through the use of high-efficiency luminaires, daylight and occupancy sensors, and variable air volume distribution systems.
