We were tasked for the MEP upgrade for this luxury hotel that is centrally located in the capital of Cameroon. The hotel opened in 1989 with a total floor area of approximately 280,000 sq ft. Its facilities include 255 keys, three bars, three restaurants, a business centre with 13 meeting rooms, ballroom, casino, swimming pool, hammam, jacuzzi, and sauna.
