Black & White carried out an MEP peer review consultancy for a 185,806 m² GLA retail project. Located at the eastern side of New Delhi, the overall built-up area is approximately 232,257 m². The entire MEP design of the Retail and Leisure BOQ has been completed by local consultants based in the city. Black & White provided technical reviews and advice on tenant delivery strategy, as well as the impact to the services design and commissionability.
DLF Mall of India is a flagship destination for retail, leisure, and entertainment with five zones spread over seven floors. It also includes 75 cafés and casual dining options.
