D1 Tower is a luxury 80-storey residential tower with leisure amenities and underground car parking. The development boasts a range of luxury 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouse suites. The emphasis of the design is low energy, high efficiency to reduce the requirements for services distribution and optimise spatial efficiency.
Black & White was retained to oversee the quality of the contractors’ installation works and to review construction documentation for compliance with the requirements of the contract. Black & White also reviewed commissioning procedures and results against the design criteria.
