The client’s reference design was localised during the test fit stage to ensure local authority requirements are met, whilst not compromising the IT load accommodated by each site. By maximising the IT yield, Black & White ensured the client’s business case will be exceeded for each site and each project was able to proceed through to Stage 4 Design.
