Black & White delivered MEP design services for the shell and core fit-out of the Brasserie Flo Restaurant at Ritz Carlton Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The restaurant consists of internal dining area, private dining room, external open dining area, BOH cooking / hot kitchen, and dish / pot wash areas. The indoor / closed area is approximately 300 m², with a total of 70 internal seats.
