Black & White provided full MEP and AV / IT design services for the conversion of an existing building to a multi-use building including a shopping mall, cinema, serviced apartments, medical centre, offices, a basement level car park, play area, and bowling alley. The total floor area of the project is 83,500 m².
The main challenge was to fit the services into the already-planned building shell. Over 1,200 drawings were produced in the five-month design period, which progressed, as the contractor continued to construct the building to meet the overall construction programme for the master development.
