Aquum Towers

Black & White provided full MEP design and LEED Gold accreditation for this twin luxury residential towers of 42-storeys each. The project included basement car parking, a common podium including high-end food and beverages and retail, and a communal facilities zone including a gym, pool, kids play area, and function rooms. As part of our LEED assessment, detailed thermal modelling and sun path analysis were carried out early to allow definition of the optimum building orientation, and glazing properties and proportions of glazing as part of the facade.

Our scope was to provide full MEP design services for the building and also full design of AV / IT and vertical transport. The AV / IT solution provided facilities within each apartment to accommodate smart home technologies such as AV, blinds, AC, and security controls.
