20 MW Dubai Data Centre 2

Following the successful completion of previous projects for the client, Black & White was appointed directly to undertake a client representative / technical advisor role during the design and construction of a new 20 MW IT data centre facility in Dubai. The facility is Uptime Tier 3-certified and features multiple data halls with flexible IT load and cooling coverage. An ancillary support / office building was also included. The design and construction were completed in approximately 22 months.
