After the successful delivery of POD 3, the client reappointed the same delivery team via competitive tender to deliver 15 MW IT spread over their Dubai and Abu Dhabi data centres. As part of the competitive tender, Black & White proposed an alternative MEP solution that resulted in a more resilient design, but for a lower budget and with a quicker market delivery.
