Phillip achieves diploma in Management and Leadership

One of our UK based team members, Phillip Hilton–West, has recently been awarded a Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership.
The course took 18 months to complete and every credit to Phillip for coordinating his studies in addition to his invaluable contributions to the
Newcastle office.
The course was competence based to the National Occupational Standards (NOS) and required Phillip to demonstrate the skills required during realistic workplace assessments.
The Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership is accredited by the qualifications regulators for England, Wales and Northern Ireland and is part of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
It is aimed at current and prospective managers and leaders and covers the skills needed to be a successful manager/leader, covering competencies applicable to a wide range of contexts.
The qualification is a full award at Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Management and Leadership, which is equivalent to an undergraduate degree.
