Double celebrations!

Since the re-branding of B&W and the opening of a new design hub in 2014, our Manila team has grown from strength to strength and has quadrupled in staff numbers with zero leavers in the past year. With this expansion it was time to move into bigger and better premises. The new office has been fitted out to house our current 81 employees with the view to be able to expand to 130 over the next 3 years.

Boasting the best talent on offer, our design team have continued to support our engineers throughout Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia and has become a leader in its field for productivity and effectiveness.

Opening a new office can be exciting, however it takes a lot of work! On successfully surviving the first 5 years, learning hard earned lessons, our team in Manila are in it for the long haul and looking forward to the future. “We are currently producing 17000 hours per month of high calibre design support to our expanding international offices” comments Arman Yango, Director, “and we will continue to drive our recruitment to attract the best talent here”.
