B&W Engineering expands in India

We are very pleased to tell you that our one global team keeps growing! Recently, our team in India moved to larger premises as we continue to expand around the world.

The new office is a key milestone in our ambitious growth plans as we continue to push forward with our global growth strategy. Our 45-strong team in India has relocated to the nearby Welldone Tech Park, a much bigger office with better facilities to enable us to further expand our workforce by an extra 30 engineering design specialists over the next two years.

We continue to grow strongly in India. In September 2021, we successfully acquired THINK BIM Technical Services Pvt., a 40-employee MEP consultancy based in Gurugram which is a major financial and technology hub in India. The acquisition enabled us to strengthen our MEP services in India and expand our wonderfully talented and hardworking team in the region.

Establishing and developing a strong presence in India is a vital part of B&W’s growth strategy to enable us to provide our award-winning MEP design services to clients in the country. We’re particularly focused on servicing clients in the data centre and hospitality markets as well as supporting wider projects in Europe, the Middle East and APAC regions.

Talking about the new offices, Sudhish Sharma, our Managing Director of B&W Engineering India, said: “It’s great to move into our brand-new home, which is a larger, modern office that aligns with B&W’s open and transparent culture by being completely open plan with over 80 workstations. The office also features a 15-seater meeting room with video conferencing facilities. It’s a fully functional workspace that is well connected to major roads for ease of access too – the perfect place for a growing team.”
