Senior Civil / Infrastructure Engineer, Data Centre Projects – Dubai

• Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure projects for data centres, including drainage systems, access roads, service areas, and overall site development.
• Undertake master planning, campus planning, and cut & fill exercises to optimise site layouts for high security, high availability facilities.
• Develop drainage strategies tailored for mission critical environments.
• Oversee vehicle tracking and swept path analysis for efficient circulation and safe access within the data centre campus.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in data centre design.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to ensure full integration of infrastructure designs.
• Support project planning, quality assurance, and technical reviews to meet stringent data centre timelines and standards.
• Participate in design reviews, workshops, and technical meetings with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with international and regional codes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Infrastructure Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years’ design experience in civil / infrastructure engineering, with a focus on data centre or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microdrainage, and other design tools relevant to large scale site planning.
• Hands on experience with vehicle analysis, drainage design, and high precision site planning.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure design principles and data centre specific requirements.
• Experience on large scale projects such as data centres or industrial developments is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem solving skills, with the ability to work under high-stakes, mission-critical conditions.
