As Operations Development Specialist, you will assist the Global Operations Development Lead in optimizing organizational processes, workflows, and developing innovative solutions to drive efficiency. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies, implement effective solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Role Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Operations Development Lead to identify and analyze inefficiencies in organizational processes and workflows.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of implemented improvements.
  • Help design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the execution of process improvement initiatives by providing coordination, documentation, and progress updates.
  • Assist in presenting analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of operations by offering feedback, suggestions, and solutions that align with business needs.
Additional Role Responsibilities
  • Development of Automation / AI driven tools
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance of operational processes
  • Continuous Improvement and development on Digital Tools
Experience Requirements
  • Project Management Experience – 3-5 Years
  • Experienced in process improvement methodologies and creating workflows
  • Data Analytics skills – Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, is required.
  • Excel Proficiency – Strong expertise in Excel, with focus on data analytics applications.
  • Relevant experience with Digitalization and Automation to improve operational efficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and Power Apps
  • Have experience with international teams and possess effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in data, ensuring the reports, dashboards are correct.
  • Relevant experience in AI development is a plus
  • Other data analytics / project management program that they can introduce is a plus
