BUSINESS APP DEVELOPER & DATA ANALYST

This role will be responsible for establishing a group-wide approach for app development to optimise the group’s business, engineering, and management processes.

• Responsible for structuring our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimising data flow to achieve business efficiencies across multifunctional teams. There will be an opportunity for the successful candidate to build and lead a team in these areas.
• Self-directing and comfortably supporting the application and data needs of multiple teams and systems. The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimising our company’s data architecture to support our next generation of applications and data initiatives.
• Develops and maintains complex spreadsheets, including entering and manipulating data using Excel

• Advanced knowledge of using MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word/SharePoint and Dynamics 365 to develop, analyse, and optimise smart business tools to present and report on business and project requirements
• Good UI/UX experience in Power BI where they are required to have a unified theme, look, and feel
• Understanding of Cloud Technologies of Azure to effectively use Power Platform Stack
• Experience in Python and SQL is desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create effective solutions with Microsoft Power Platform Stack
• Significant experience as a SharePoint developer; this includes development and support responsibilities
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Power Platform Stack and excellent understanding of the various components of Microsoft Power Platform Stack and how they integrate with each other
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create custom solutions on Power Platform
• Proficiency in Data Modelling, Data Integration, Data Hub, Azure Data Factory, Data Inventory & Architecture creation, Data Warehouse, Datamart, and other data related to Power Platform and Azure
• Understanding and experience with SSRS, SSIS, data marts, flow, Synapse Analysis is desirable
• Ability to create meaningful insights of data using Excel and Power BI for historical data, and extend it further to predictive analytics for forecasted data and branching ‘What-if’ analysis to create multiple scenarios and perform simulations to explore the impact of changes on data on business metrics
• Good experience in Azure Machine Learning and utilisation in Power Platform and other areas
• Python Machine Learning building AI Webservices is desirable
• Familiar with Azure Synapse and familiar with Azure Data lakes, Azure Data
• Practice and experience in Data / Information Governance
• Have experience to model / architect solution before execution
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies to effectively manage multiple project timelines and deliverables
• Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone, and have worked in a similar position supporting business requirements
