Setting up a new business in Scotland has been an exciting journey despite the challenges of local brand recognition and recruitment. It is testament to our one global team, international projects, and collaborative learning culture that our Edinburgh office recorded a successful first year’s revenue. This is helped by our Global Design Hub business model, as the standard of product is consistent despite new employees onboarding. We continue to gain increasing recognition within the local market, as word spreads that Black & White offers something different to the other consultants in the region.
