We are looking for a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to support our engineering recruitment efforts across all levels and disciplines. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for various engineering positions and support functions, from entry-level to senior roles, ensuring alignment with our company’s workforce needs and growth objectives.

Role Responsibilities
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the needs for roles across various engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, sanitary, civil, structural, BIM) and support functions
  • Source and engage candidates for engineering roles and support functions at all experience levels, including leadership
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.), engineering job boards, industry forums, and professional networks
  • Build and nurture strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial interview and pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Identify, attract and develop pipelines of returning OFWs and overseas engineering candidates
  • Keep Passive Applicants Warm (Ongoing Engagement)
    • Monthly/quarterly emails or check-ins
    • Update them on company news, culture, and upcoming opportunities
    • Invite them to follow company LinkedIn careers page or social media
  • Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Update candidate databases and sourcing pipelines to ensure timely communication and tracking in ATS
  • Work in partnership with the HR and Marketing teams to strengthen Employer Branding and increase the visibility of engineering career opportunities
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies to enhance candidate quality and accelerate pipeline efficiency
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status to recruitment and hiring teams
  • Conduct market and talent mapping to identify engineering talent pools, industry hiring trends, and competitor practices
  • Conduct research on emerging sourcing and recruitment strategies to continuously improve talent acquisition processes
  • Support the recruiters with administrative tasks, including but not limited to initial paper and phone screening, scheduling candidates and coordinating with hiring teams
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably with exposure to engineering roles
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruiting, preferably within engineering or technical fields
  • Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and related roles
  • Proficient in sourcing tools such as SEEK (Jobstreet), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms
  • Basic understanding of various engineering disciplines and terminology is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
