• Developing high-precision 3D models using BIM software
• Collaborating with Project Lead and BIM Coordinator/Manager to understand project requirements and specifications
• Coordinating project delivery timelines
• Identifying clashes or conflicts in the project and deliverables
• Implementing and maintaining BIM standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancement of BIM technology
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Takes initiative to identify problems and complete tasks with minimal

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Proactive and good in technical knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, drafting or related field.
