Ritz Carlton Venetian Village

As part of a major redevelopment of this hotel, Black & White was appointed directly by the client to design the MEP systems for a new area containing bars and restaurants.

Upgrades to the infrastructure were necessary to incorporate these venues within the recently constructed residential areas. Discreet locations of plant and clever services router were critical in making the buildings work without affecting the adjacent villas.

Each operator had different expectations which were all met by understanding their needs and getting them to appreciate the
needs of the MEP and limitations of the spaces available to us.
