Project Wren

Project WREN, Centre for Scientific Excellence, will create a single location of expertise in formulation, analytical science, and product innovation.

The 20,550 m² facility will comprise some 15,000 m² of new build laboratory and pilot plant developmental space, including an energy centre, staff restaurant, new site security building. The project also involves the renovation and refurbishment of existing facilities to accommodate a new main reception and a suite of meeting facilities.

The overall project cost is around £105 million, and the overall MEP cost is in the order of £23 million. Black & White was appointed to provide Stage 4B and 4C coordinated working drawings in Revit to meet the project BIM deliverables.
