The expansion of Festival Square in the Dubai Festival City Mall, scaling at 44,593 m², adds 20% more area and features new fashion, lifestyle, and dining choices overlooking the Dubai Creek.
This Phase 2B project involves the refurbishment of a large, occupied, and operational mall. The atrium will house several new retail and F&B units and will position the existing mall at the pinnacle of the Dubai retail market. One of the most challenging elements of the project was the phased opening of areas of the mall while unopened spaces were still being constructed.
