QHSE Coordinator

In this role as a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Coordinator, you will be leading on all QHSE matters and improving and maintaining product quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

• Liaises with teams and external bodies (HSEQ Smart & BAB etc.) on QHSE matters
• Audits QHSE management systems and procedures
• Develops safe working procedures across all departments
• Manages documentation updates for policies and procedures
• Collaborates with the senior management team and HSEQ Smart on training requirements and audits
• Delivers and tracks necessary training, following amendments to policies and procedures
• Investigates and reports accidents and near misses and implementing recommendations
• Conducts risk assessments and maintaining assessment schedules

• Previous experience in a similar QHSE/HSE/SHEQ role and understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment regulations and procedures are preferred
• Ability to conduct effective mentoring

• Ability to make sound business decisions and recommendations

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience in working within a consultancy environment (desirable)
• Appreciation of MEP engineering practices and ways of working (desirable)
