PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

This role will lead the team of architects to provide technical guidance and direction on projects from conceptual to execution. This role will focus on Philippine projects but will also provide support to UK projects when needed.

• Oversees the overall design of a project
• Leads the architectural aspect of system and services, ensuring that the design remains robust, effective, and aligned with broader architectural strategy
• Leads the team of architects to provide technical guidance and direction on projects from conceptual to execution
• Defines technical principles and standards from conceptual to construction stage of a project
• Collaborates with the design principal engineers in the development stages of a project
• Develops and proposes potential solutions to meet or exceed client expectations
• Manages the production of project deliverables
• Focuses on Philippine projects but also provides support to UK projects when available

• Registered architect with a minimum of 10 years of architectural design works
• Proficiency in design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks, Revit is a plus
• Understanding of the design process and the ability to deliver from concept to project completion
• Understanding of the local building regulation, construction type, and material availability
• Possesses a high level of understanding relating to Philippine building codes, standards, and guidelines to provide the best solution and design
• Possesses a good knowledge of Local Government Unit (LGU) permitting and authority approval timeframes and processes
• Excellent presentation and communications skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with the client and other design trades
• Relevant exposure on Philippine commercial and industrial projects
