It is a great honour for me to be employed for the last 15 years by one of the leading MEP Design Consultancies that was launched just the year prior to my joining. Although Black & White operates and employs many people in different countries and different cultures, we are proud to operate together as one global team. Our processes and way of thinking when working on projects are the same no matter where we are based. I feel this one global team culture is one of Black & White’s strongest assets and it is the reason why so many of my colleagues are also very loyal to the company. I am still looking forward to many more years of service with Black & White which have honed my abilities and brought out the best in me.
