Black & White undertook site due diligence, test fit, and in-depth analysis of the blast and rapid-fire threat and risk assessment for sites in KSA. This analysed the proposed data centre test fit to understand the blast risk associated with the industrial zone with the majority of the plots surrounding the site producing, storing, or using flammable (and potentially unstable) materials.
